Responsible Gambling Policy.
Our responsible gambling policy is called “Know When to Take the Reins.” It ensures we continue to be a responsible corporate citizen and provide a positive gaming experience at all our venues to all our customers. While most customers enjoy pari-mutuel wagering as a form of entertainment, a small percentage may experience problems.
If you’re worried about your gambling habits or concerned about someone else, assistance is available through:

To assist our customers, we will provide our staff with training in prevention policies and procedures.

At Woodbine Racetrack and Mohawk Racetrack, we collaborate with the Responsible Gambling Council and the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation to provide interactive customer information kiosks and resource centres.
